We want you to receive your order safely and as quickly as possible. Therefore, all our deliveries are made via registered mail CTT – Correios de Portugal, ensuring reliable and traceable shipping.

Delivery time varies between 2 to 10 business days after purchase confirmation, depending on the destination and availability of postal services.

For international shipments, it is important to note that your order may be subject to customs fees or local taxes, depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot interfere with their processing.

We accept returns of all or part of the order for any reason, at any time, up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered pieces, with the exception of pieces that have been engraved and personalized pieces. We will refund the price paid for the parts within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the day we receive them, using the same payment method that was used by the User in the initial transaction.

We accept exchanges, up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered pieces, for pieces of equal or greater value, in the second case the missing amount must be paid.

*Parts for exchange and/or return must be in salable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice .
