Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we ship exclusively to Portugal (Mainland and Islands) and the European Union. All orders are dispatched in premium packaging and include a tracking code.

The delivery time for mainland Portugal is usually 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. For the Islands and the European Union, the shipping period varies between 5 to 15 working days, depending on the final destination.

All Vanglória jewellery is sent in premium packaging: a rigid matte box, tissue paper, brand card and postcard, and a gift bag.

Materials and Quality

925 silver – also called sterling silver or assay silver – contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper), which gives it the necessary resistance for jewellery. It is the international reference standard for quality silver jewellery

The Manufacturer's Hallmark from the INCM (Portuguese Mint and Official Printing Office) Assay Office is the official Portuguese certification that guarantees the metal's composition and the manufacturer's identity, serving as legal confirmation of the piece's authenticity. Vangloria has held this hallmark since 2014.

To maintain your 925 silver, avoid contact with chemical products (perfumes, creams, cleaning products) and remove jewellery before swimming. Store in a dry, dark place, ideally in the original box. When necessary, clean with a soft microfiber cloth.

Design and Inspiration

The golden ratio — φ (phi), approximately 1.618 — is a mathematical relationship that has appeared in nature, architecture, and art since antiquity. At Vangloria, this proportion is used as a design structure: the dimensions, curvatures, and proportions of the pieces obey the golden number, making each jewel mathematically harmonious.

The logarithmic spiral of the nautilus is one of the most perfect manifestations of the Fibonacci sequence in nature. Each chamber of the shell grows according to the golden ratio. Vangloria's Nautilus collection takes direct inspiration from this shape — the spiral as both a visual and mathematical language.

Yes, we do customisations based on our designs, such as size adjustments, altering chain length, or adjusting rings. Please contact us via the form or by email to receive a personalised quote.

You have 15 business days, from the date of receipt, to exchange any item for one of equal or greater value. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are not possible for personalized items or items purchased on sale.
