Delivery takes place between 2 and 7 working days after your purchase, by Registered Mail CTT- Correios de Portugal.

International orders may be subject to customs taxes for which we are not responsible.

All parts are guaranteed for one year, starting from the date of issue of the purchase invoice.

The warranty does not cover signs of use, passage of time (natural oxidation of silver or gradual loss of gold plating) and visible marks of improper use.

We accept returns of all or part of the order for any reason, at any time, up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered pieces, with the exception of pieces that have been engraved and personalized pieces. We will refund the price paid for the parts within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the day we receive them, using the same payment method that was used by the User in the initial transaction.

We accept exchanges, up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered pieces, for pieces of equal or greater value, in the second case the missing amount must be paid.

*Parts for exchange and/or return must be in salable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice .
